ABOUT ME

I began taking pictures as a hobby when I purchased my first Nikon in 1984. What started as an opportunity to capture family vacations quickly became a passion. As I immersed myself in every photography book, magazine and show I could find.

By imitating my favorite photographers, I taught myself the craft and eventually developed a style of my own. During my 35 year career in Information Technology, I took my camera on many business trips and found myself photographing new sides during my off hours.

I try to get out with my camera as often as possible to catch life views through the lens. I find beauty in the ordinary details of "every-day" life and convey these details in a unique way. Photography is enhanced by my eye for detail and my love of art.
